Flo-Products, Inc. warrants to the purchaser, for a period of one year from the date of delivery, that its repairs will be free from defects in workmanship and leakage not caused or resulting from improper usage of application, improper installation or improper modifications.
In the event the original purchaser shall determine that a product repaired by Flo-Products, Inc. shall be defective in workmanship or leakage, the customer shall notify the Flo-Products, Inc. Warranty Representative by phone at (336) 854-5702, followed by written notice to such effect within 7 days there from, addressed to:

In the event Flo-Products, Inc. shall determine that the product is defective based upon such examination of the product which Flo-Products, Inc. may deem appropriate, Flo-Products, Inc. shall thereupon, at its sole option (a) cause the defective product to be repaired, (b) replace with a substantially identical product or (c) accept the return of a defective product and refund the purchasing price to the original purchaser but shall in no event bear any installation, re-installation, engineering or other costs incurred in connection with repair or replacement.
Except as otherwise provided herein, FLO-PRODUCTS, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO GOODS AND PRODUCTS SOLD BY IT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO GRANT OR EXTEND ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION ON BEHALF OF FLO-PRODUCTS, INC. OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH HEREIN.
